Mike Foraker is the President of Jennings Heating and Cooling and has been with the company for the entirety of his 39-year career in the HVAC industry.
Mike graduated from Bowling Green State University with a 4-year degree in Business and is certified in Energy Management and Energy Procurement. He is a Business Energy Professional as well as being a member of the Association of Energy Engineering (AEE).
His favorite part of the job is business development and taking part in helping people reach their full potential.
Outside of work Mike likes to spend time with his wife and kids, read, kayak, work out and enjoy the outdoors.
Don Alt has been with Jennings for 21 years and manages our financial statements, human resources, AP and AR as well as job costing.
Don graduated from Ashland University with a B.S./B.A. in Accounting/Marketing. Before he came to Jennings, Don worked for three years in public accounting at Ernst & Young.
Don likes the daily diversity he experiences in his job and outside of work he enjoys any kind of physical fitness, weight training and prides himself on being a movie buff.
Michael Catalano is the General Manager of Jennings; this job entails guiding the managers and employees of the company to a central objective of outstanding customer service.
Mike has been with Jennings for 27 years and in the HVAC field for over 34 years. He is licensed by the State of Ohio in heating and also has a state electrical license as well as a fire alarm license.
He enjoys the diversity of his job and the fact that no two days are alike, along with the challenges that await him daily. In his free time, Mike volunteers for the local Boy Scout Council and has been involved with that for many years.
Don Truex is our service manager and has been with Jennings for 21 years. His job entails working closely with our customers, customer service scheduling and dispatching.
Having spent 30 years in the Customer Care and Service field, Don is truly an expert at helping customers and treating them with the utmost respect.
What Don enjoys most about his job is when customers call him to compliment one of Jennings Service Techs on a job well done.
Outside of work Don enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.
Residential Sales Manager
Melissa is our Residential Sales Manager, and has been with us for three years. She takes care of setting up all the comfort advisors and senior techs estimate calls, closing sales and doing follow ups on their estimates.
Melissa had previously been in retail sales management for 13 years. She enjoys the fast paced work environment of Jennings and helping customers get the right equipment for their home.
When Melissa’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, sightseeing and finding new places to visit.
Residential Comfort Advisor
Bob has been in the heating and cooling industry for 35 years. He grew up in the industry spending many years working with his father in the Cleveland area.
Bob enjoys helping people with their heating and cooling needs, and making sure that they get the right system for their home.
Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time with his family and attending outings with his church youth group.
Residential and Commercial Install Scheduling
Tami handles all of the scheduling on jobs for the residential and commercial departments at Jennings. She has a background in manufacturing and customer service, so it’s no surprise that her favorite part of the job is helping customers get scheduled for installations.
When she is not at work, Tami enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Customer Service Representative
Carrie has been in customer service for 25 years. She enjoys working with and helping people. Carrie lives in the Akron area and in her spare time she likes to bake, read and spend time with family.
Amanda is in the billing/AP department and has been with Jennings since 2007. She enjoys spending time with her husband, their 2 kids and dog Daisy outside and anywhere near the water. They love going to Geneva on the Lake, Myrtle Beach and the Florida panhandle.
Customer Service Manager
Chris has been with Jennings for just over a year and manages the Customer Service Department. When she is not working she enjoys baking and spending time with her family.
Phil has been with Jennings for a little over a year. His favorite part of the job is helping customers find the right solution for their heating and cooling needs. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family.
